Our intent in providing this Web site is to share significant knowledge that we acquired through many years of experience in the design of systems. Most notably, we devoted much of the last two decades in developing design approaches, methods, and tools for the computer industry. We focused on delivering real, measurable value to customers and product suppliers, while providing users with an easy to use and enjoyable experience. We used many approaches and evaluated many others. Over time we developed what we believe are some of the best practices possible . We adopted these practices in our own development work and we shared them with others. We continue to strive for better products through better design and development. At this time we are willing to provide limited consulting services (as time permits). We also would like to share some of our experience by publishing a series of Design Briefs.

We can be available to provide consulting services on a case by case basis. We will meet with individuals or small groups to review and discuss specific projects, or give targeted presentations that go into more depth on specific design topics. We have a great deal of experience in giving presentations at industry conferences and large company meetings. A customary fee will be negotiated along with travel expenses for onsite visits.
